UK Orders

Delivery Time

Most UK orders will arrive within 4-5 working days. This allows time for us to personalise (if applicable), pack and post. However, during busy periods such as holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

We post using Tracked 48 Royal Mail delivery. To do this we need your email address and mobile number so Royal Mail can let you know when your parcel will be delivered and allow you to make alternative delivery arrangements if you are not in.

EU Orders

Delivery Time

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. This allows time for us to personalise (if applicable), pack and post. However, during busy periods such as holidays, delivery may take up to 5 weeks.

We post using International Tracked Royal Mail delivery. To do this we need your email address so Royal Mail can let you know when your parcel will be delivered and allow you to make alternative delivery arrangements if you are not in.

Customs Charges

Goods up to €150 may be subject to VAT and a clearance fee. Buyers are responsible for paying these charges to release their order from customs. The thresholds and the amounts charged may vary from country to country. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged

International Orders (Outside the EU)

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive. This allows time for us to personalise (if applicable), pack and post. In most cases international orders are delivered on time, but delays may occur due to customs processing, or any fees imposed by customs in your country.
